At Exhaustfluid.com, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines our rules for returns and refunds. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

• We accept returns only if your item is delivered damaged. Returns for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product, are not permitted.
• To qualify, you must notify us of the damage within 3 days of delivery and provide proof (e.g., photos of the damaged item).

2. Return Process

• Step 1: Contact us at sales@exhaustfluid.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos.
• Step 2: If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label or instructions. Return the damaged item within 14 days of approval.
• Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we’ll process your refund or replacement (see below).

3. Refunds

• If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the damaged item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage resulted from our error (e.g., improper packaging).
• For subscriptions, refunds apply only to the most recent charge if the delivered item was damaged.

4. Replacements

• At our discretion, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Items not delivered damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
• Digital products, gift cards, or custom-made items are non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery (e.g., a corrupted file).

6. Damaged in Transit

• If an item arrives damaged, it’s our responsibility to resolve it, provided you follow the return process above. We work with shipping carriers to address such issues.
